A company engaged in restoration and preparation of cars for racing, presented its vision of the classic.

A British company, specializing in the Jaguar modification, has presented a modern sports car. The project was named WM Sport GT. This is a vintage E-Type, which in the process had to go through a lot. This coupe has an extended body, modified bumpers, redesigned chrome plated elements and refreshed interior design. So, now the model boasts custom seats with special upholstery, a new steering wheel and much more.

Certainly, the most interesting part is under the hood. The original six-cylinder engine was replaced with a modern 4.7-liter 400-hp unit. According to the British company, the engine was tested on race tracks. It is paired with the brand’s five-speed manual transmission.

What is more, the restomod has received a suspension with adjustable shock absorbers and new springs, reinforced stabilizer bars and powerful brakes with six-piston calipers in the front and four-piston calipers in the back.

The firm's boss Peter Hines believes that the time spent on development was not in vain. Thanks to this, one of the best classic GTs in the world has appeared.

Boasting of the final result, the company declared its readiness to accept orders. The only thing that can stop a future buyer is a very high price tag. Each such WM Sport GT is estimated at $380,000-$404,000. The company considers this price tag to be quite reasonable.
