The construction of the Aston Martin residential skyscraper started in Miami in 2017. It is expected to be finished in 2021.

The building on Biscayne Boulevard is being built by the Argentinean developer G&G Business Developments under the direction of Herman Koto, a supermarket chain owner. The skyscraper consists of 391 private apartments; half of them have already been sold out.

A deep-water marina is one of the features of the project. It is the only one located in downtown Miami. The unique shape of the building allows to place seven penthouses with separate swimming pools on the upper floors. One of them is a three-level penthouse with an area of almost 2000 square meters. This penthouse costs $50 million, and its buyer will get the last of the 24 Aston Martin Vulcan supercars, the cost of which is claimed to be $2.5 million, but the real market price can reach $3 million.

Revuelta Architecture International Bodas Miani Anger was responsible for the exterior of the building, but the interior design was the work of specialists from Aston Martin. Yes, the elements of the decor and finishing of the building and apartments echo those of the automotive theme: the reception countertops are made of carbon fiber, the doors feature Aston Martin handles, and the plates with apartment numbers are made of leather and look like car license plates.

In addition, the buyer of the three-level penthouse will be able to get an expert opinion from Marek Reichman, Aston Martin Chief Creative Officer, in order to complete the design of his apartment in accordance with his preferences.
