The new logo was first used for the BMW Concept i4 Gran Coupe. It has remained recognizable and has retained its round shape. At the same time, the emblem has become flatter and has lost the usual black fill on the outer circle. Now this part of the logo is transparent, which will allow displaying a color of a car body. Thus, the company wanted to show that it is open to experiments and new digital trends.
