The new Hennessey Venom 775 proves to be stronger than the VelociRaptor V8.

Texas-based Hennessey Performance modifies cars from different American brands. The new project of the tuners is the Hennessey Venom 775 — a pickup truck based on the production Ford F-150.

The main feature of the pickup is its 5.0-liter 775-hp Coyote V8 engine (786 hp in metric units). The powertrain is equipped with a new fuel injection system, a liquid intercooler and a drive supercharger. The engine is paired with a serial 10-speed automatic transmission. A 0-96 km/h time is 4.0 seconds. It takes 12.1 seconds to complete a 402-meter segment.

The upgrade package also includes a new hood with an air intake, steel bumpers, a reinforced lift suspension, Brembo brakes with six-piston mechanisms on the front axle, a stainless steel exhaust system, 20-inch wheels, 35-inch off-road tires and retractable footrests that facilitate access to the interior. The Venom 775 lights the road with five additional LED lights built into the front bumper. The body is decorated with corporate graphics and logos of the design studio. The interior is retrimmed with leather and suede.

An owner of the 2020 Ford F-150 can buy the main element of the tuning package for $ 53,300. The additional equipment will cost another $16,300. It includes a $2,450 rear bumper and $2,950 retractable footrests. The whole package is guaranteed for 3 years. A total of 100 Hennessey Venom 775 pickups are planned to be released in the US only.
