Cybunker – A Garage for the Cybertruck

The concept is equally suitable for both supervillains and eco-activists.

Everything will be super cyber!

The Tesla Cybertruck already has an army of fans, although it has enough haters too. The electric truck is to become a new trendsetter, like other Tesla products. In the meantime, it inspires artists around the world to create interesting things in the style of the Cybertruck.

So, Honda has announced that it will show the old Civic hatchback at the Tokyo Motor Show. The car was called the Civic Cyber Night Japan Cruiser 2020 and designed in the style of the Cybertruck. The cyber style also inspired architects from New York-based Lars Buro to create a high-tech house. Or cyber-tech.

The project is called Cybunker. The building has an area of 170 square meters and really looks like a secure warehouse. It also resembles the shape of the Tesla Cybertruck body, especially thanks to the solar panels on the roof.

While 55 square meters of the Cybunker serves as garage space where a couple of electric cars can be kept, the structure’s remaining space is used for housing. The house concept is not just a beautiful image; the architectural bureau is now working on engineering calculations and plans to begin selling Cybunker, as a standard project, at the beginning of next year. What the Cybunker will cost remains a mystery.
