Hyundai and Kia are withdrawing 642.272 vehicles sold in South Korea.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of South Korea has announced the launch of a withdrawal campaign that will affect 642.272 Hyundai and Kia vehicles sold in South Korea. Six brand models fall under it.

Among them are the Hyundai Grand Starex, the Porter 2 and the Solati. The reason for the car withdrawal is «jumping» engine speeds. Among other things, the withdrawal campaign includes the Kia Sorento due to the unstable operation of the head-on collision prevention system.
