It is possible to distinguish the upgraded Q5 from the pre-reform one by a wider octagonal Singleframe radiator grille, side air intakes with trapezoidal inserts, redesigned rocker panels, a diffuser with a horizontal fin, new LED headlights and OLED taillights, which allow broadcasting “light signatures”.

The picture may change depending on the selected driving mode, as well as when the car is approaching sharply from behind.

The color scheme of the Audi Q5 body was supplemented with two new shades — District Green and Ultra Blue. The S line package will also be available at the start of sales. It includes the replacement of chrome plated elements with glossy black ones, which add some aggression to the model.

The wheel diameter can vary from 18 to 21 inches depending on customer preferences. The Q5 interior is equipped with a new MIB 3 infotainment system with a 10.1-inch display, which is combined with a digital dashboard or a 12.3-inch virtual cockpit.

The system supports wireless access to Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto. The interior is trimmed with leather, which is complemented by a contrasting stitching and black gloss or walnut elements of black gloss.

The Q5 also comes standard with new advanced driver-assistance systems, including Lane Assist, Park Assist, Reverse Park Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), and Top View Camera. In the beginning, the upgraded Audi Q5 will be released with a mild hybrid system that combines a 2.0-liter TFSI engine and a 12-volt motor.

A total output of the powertrain is 265 hp and 370 Nm. A 0-100 km/h time is 5.7 seconds. Later, the engine range will include a 2.0-liter petrol engine with different power outputs, a diesel V6 and other two four-cylinder diesel units. A PHEV version will also be available.
