The 2021 Hyundai Custo is a fundamentally new model that has received a stylish design.

The Korean company is preparing to introduce its new full-size MPV called the Hyundai Custo. The model is named after the famous traveler Jacques-Yves Cousteau and is intended for large families.

Previously, the car has already been caught on camera, but it was under a thick layer of camouflage wrap. Now, the new Hyundai vehicle is presented with no disguise. The MPV has turned out to be quite large, exceeding 5 meters in length. Its monumentality is emphasized by a huge radiator grille with a cellular pattern and silver decor, which is visually integrated with LED headlights. You should also pay attention to sliding rear doors.

The interior of the 2021 Hyundai Custo has received a three-row seven-seat layout. Its equipment includes a digital dashboard, an infotainment system with a huge vertical tablet, and a new steering wheel with four spokes. According to insiders, the model is based on the MPV platform and will receive two powertrains. The base powertrain will include a 1.5-liter engine. The top-end version will get a 2-liter turbo engine (240 hp / 353 Nm). The first unit will be paired with a seven-speed semi-automatic transmission, and the second one — with an 8-speed automatic transmission. There is a front-wheel drive system only.

The Hyundai Custo will be presented at the Beijing auto show, which takes place from September 26 to October 5, 2020.
