In particular, the new EV will receive a charging port, which is located in the front fender. It is closed by a sliding section, which is several times larger than standard 'hatches’. This suggests that it will have a special compartment for cable storage. In other words, there will be more space in the trunk.

The manufacturer has also showed new wheels of the Lyriq SUV. Wheel rims look quite innovative thanks to glossy inserts, which are presumably made of carbon fiber. The new product will be built on the GM platform and use batteries from Ultium with a capacity of 50-200 kWh. A drive range of the model will reach 650 km.
