Photos of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class W223 were published on Instagram. The car is captured from the front angle, so you can draw some conclusions about its ‘face’ design.

One of the most notable elements of the next S-Class is a new radiator grill; it will be more rounded on the sides and with expressive chrome stripes. In addition, the sedan will have much narrower headlights and a new front bumper. By the way, the updated Mercedes-Benz E-Class W213 will feature a similar front end design.

Other changes include new side-view mirrors, “recessed” door handles with chrome trim and a distinctive “belt” line.

A few days ago, interior photos of the S-Class W223 were leaked on the Internet, indicating that the car would surprise even more. A large tablet the size of an iPad Pro will be installed instead of a usual infotainment system. A similar solution is used for the Tesla Model S and Model X.

As for the specifications of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class W223, there are rumors that the new model will be available only with hybrid powertrains based on the latest 3.0-liter petrol and 2.9-liter diesel inline engines of the brand, as well as with a purely electric power unit (this version will be called EQS). However, it is possible that V6s, V8s and V12s will remain in the range.

The all-new Mercedes-Benz S-Class is expected to debut before the end of this year, and it will be released in early 2021.
