The Definition CE 04 designed by BMW Motorrad has received a futuristic design in the style of the Concept Link shown back in 2017. According to Motorrad Head of Vehicle Design Alexander Buckan, the electric motor allows the Definition CE 04 to be significantly “undersized” compared to other two-wheeled BMWs. Another design feature is the suspension parts that are intentionally left open.

Placing the battery in the lower part helped to ensure a low center of gravity. It was possible to place a storage compartment for a helmet between the battery and the driver's seat. The equipment also includes an on-board computer with a 10.25-inch screen that displays basic information about the scooter and has a built-in GPS.
