Fiat Has Fully Declassified the New Electric Fiat 500

The 2021 Fiat 500 EV has debuted in a special version called ‘la Prima’.

Fiat has introduced the new generation Fiat 500, the electric hatchback. We are speaking about only one version at the moment — the top-end configuration called ‘la Prima’. This model has received a glass panoramic roof, three exclusive body colors and Level 2 driver assistance systems in standard equipment.

The new vehicle is based on an all-electric platform. The 2021 Fiat 500 differs from its predecessor in new exterior and interior designs. The hatchback's powertrain consists of a 120-hp electric motor and a 42-kWh lithium-ion traction battery. A drive range is stated to be 320 km (WLTP). A top speed is 150 km/h. A 0-50 km/h (suitable for the urban environment) time is 3.1 seconds.

The top-end 'la Prima’ configuration also includes LED headlights, a spoiler on the trunk lid, 17-inch wheels, as well as eco-leather and chrome plated interior trim. The standard Fiat 500 features the UConnect 5 multimedia system with a 10.25-inch display, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support. The list of safety and driver assistance systems includes active cruise control, omnidirectional cameras, lane-keeping assistant, and blind spot detection.

The company has already announced the date of accepting orders for the new Fiat 500. Prices start from €30,400.
