Distinctive features of the Honda SUV e: concept are a sporty silhouette, a small glazing area, frameless doors, “off-road” form factor and a protective plastic body kit around the body. The body is emphatically smooth: there are no mirrors, no rear-view cameras, no door handles, and no wipers.

The headlights and taillights of the concept can remind you of the current Honda line-up and make it clear that the prototype is not just a fantasy of the Chinese designers but an early sketch of the future production model embodied in metal.

During the presentation of the SUV e concept, the Japanese automaker focused on electronic assistants that will be installed in a serial electric SUV. These include the ADAS that can analyze the environment around the car, Honda Sensing (an active safety system), and Honda Connect (an infotainment system).
