The 2021 BMW 4: Huge kidneys and a New Engine

The manufacturer already held an online presentation of the second generation BMW 4 Series Coupe.

The new BMW 4 Series Coupe is released under the G22 index. The car has received a number of innovations related not only to design and technology, but also to engines. A distinctive feature of the new coupe was a double radiator grille of impressive size. The manufacturer used the same kidneys from the Concept 4 introduced last year. BMW claims that the kidneys are not only designed to attract attention to the new vehicle, but also to fulfill its main function.

As for the new model’s engine range, it includes four-and six-cylinder petrol and diesel engines. The top-end petrol variant of the M440i xDrive has received a new 3.0-liter turbo inline-six engine with 374 hp and 500 Nm. The engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and an AWD drivetrain. A 0-100 km/h time is only 4.5 seconds. A top speed is limited to 250 km/h.
