California-based Rezvani Motors starts accepting pre-orders for the armored Hercules 6x6.

The Hercules 6×6, armored three-axle pickup truck, is a new project of Rezvani Motors, which specializes in creating armored SUVs. The new vehicle is based on the second-generation Tank X SUV, which, in turn, was based on the running gear of the Jeep Wrangler JL.

The pickup was announced in a pair of intriguing teasers, in which the «nose» of the pickup with the brand name, the edge of the windshield and three rows of wheels with «toothy» tires look out of the darkness. An official premiere of the Rezvani Hercules 6×6 will take place before the end of summer. Specifications and prices will be announced by then.

In the meantime, it is known that the Hercules 6×6 will be available with three engines, as well as in an armored version. The standard engine is a 3.6-liter naturally aspirated V6, producing 289 hp and 352 Nm. The second in the line is a 6.4-liter V8 with a power output of 507 hp and 583 Nm. The top-end unit is a 6.2-liter turbo V8 engine that develops 1,014 hp and 1,180 Nm.

A price tag of the Rezvani Hercules 6×6 will tentatively exceed $300,000. You can place a pre-order after making a refundable deposit of $266.

Introduced in August 2019, the second-generation Rezvani Tank X in a top-end modification with a 6.2-liter V8 from the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon, developing 1014 hp and 1180 Nm, cost $349,000.
