Take a Look at the Suzuki Jimny in the Style of the Iconic Defender

Various world tuning studios have repeatedly refined the Suzuki Jimny, a compact Japanese SUV, styling it under another popular model.

This time, a new project has been presented by Damd. The company has turned the SUV into a mini copy of the iconic first-generation Land Rover Defender.

The upgraded model has received a redesigned grille, modified front and rear bumpers, a new hood, extended wheel arches, mudguards and a set of vintage 16-inch wheels that can be made in the design of the Dean Cross Country or APIO Wildboar SR. The equipment also includes a roof rack and LED lamps.

What is more, the tuners have installed nameplates and labels, as that of the original Defender. However, they are only designed in the same style, and their content is different. In particular, the hood bears the symbol «Little D», which is repeated on the logos. As for the interior, there is only one change to note – new seat covers. They are made of checkered fabric, thus adding vintage to the car.

The specialists of the studio have left the Jimny’s powertrain unchanged. So, the upgraded SUV is still equipped with a 1.5-liter engine with a power output of 100 hp and 130 Nm, which comes with a four-speed automatic or five-speed manual transmission and a four-wheel drive system. A price tag of the upgrade package has not yet been disclosed.
